with the reference of cmm framework and the development stages of digital transformation, this evaluation index system is developed and constructed from five dimensions: scenario, it system, application, data and process, and consists of 6 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators. meanwhile, corresponding digital transformation maturity level classification model is constructed, which can be divided into initial level, developing level, standard level, mature level, and leading level. this evaluation system will help the company to find the main shortcomings in its digital transformation, and identifies the direction of future improvements. on this basis, it will ultimately drive the company to reshape its internal decision model as well as its business model.
