the award and opening ceremonies of the 2023 “colorful world · world cultural heritage” international youth painting invitational exhibition organized by the beijing people’s association for friendship with foreign countries and other organizers took place at china national film museum on november 6, 2023. some of the award-winning works were exhibited offline to november 20 and all the paintings were simultaneously exhibited online on the website (colorfulworld.waae.com.cn).
展會取得了豐碩的成果，引起了各方的廣泛關注。 部分優秀作品在聯合國教科文組織電影遺產首屆國際電影節第45屆聯合國世界遺產大會、2024年“中國國際公益廣告大會公益盛典”上展出，48幅畫作被收錄在《我愛北京》主題書中，作為禮物贈送給北京文化論壇嘉賓。
the painting exhibition has achieved productive results and attracted wide attention. some outstanding works were exhibited and showcased at the themed side event “digital empowerment of cultural heritage” of the 45th session of the un world heritage committee, cinema heritage iff under the patronage of unesco and the public welfare ceremony of the 2023 beijing international public service advertisement conference. additionally, 48 works from this year’s art exhibition were included in the i love beijing book which was presented as gift to the participants of the beijing culture forum.

the exhibition selected 287 international award-winning works while with 1,140 domestic award-winning works from the received 43,000 works of 61 countries. the bpaffc will launch the series on wechat for exhibitions of news reports, videos of acceptance speech and the award-winning works. please stay tuned!

hello everyone. i am ariana andrea alvarez ling from lima city, peru. i am very happy to participate in 2023 colorful world · world cultural heritage youth painting invitational exhibition and won a prize in the children’s group. i h**e presented the historic city of machu picchu, because we h**e a need to take care of it. machu picchu is a testimony that expresses the history of peru. besides, it has very great historical value for humanity. i’m proud of machu picchu because it is a site of immense cultural, historical, and architectural value from peru, and because it was named a world heritage site which highlights its importance for current and future generations.
