2023年IDA國際設計獎的獲獎者名單已於近日公布瑞珠天元專案【貴城三龍灣美的瑞創中心】是集總部、研發、生產、創新孵化於一體的產業生態基地，為科技創新產業樹立標桿，在眾多工程中脫穎而出2023年IDA國際設計獎榮譽獎得主。
IDA國際設計獎設立於2007年，至今已成功舉辦第17屆。 該獎項旨在表彰智慧型和可持續的多學科卓越設計，始終致力於吸引世界對反傳統設計和傑出設計的關注，並在全球範圍內發掘建築、室內、產品、平面和時裝設計的新興人才。

專案定位為產城融合、面向未來的新型現代化產業園，占地面積約7萬公尺，總建築面積25萬公尺。 封閉式規劃布局，建築高度錯開，立面現代、簡約時尚，打造城市主軸線的價值介面，體現三龍灣國際科技創新的城市風貌。 擁有25m寬的景觀中軸線花園，外側20m的政治景觀帶，雙綠環繞，市道三面出入口環繞，人員和貨物方便，安全高效，貨物流通暢通。 the project is envisaged as a novel type of modern industrial park, seamlessly fusing industry and city, and anticipating the future. it sprawls over an expanse of about 70,000 square meters and boasts a collective construction area of 250,000 square meters. the thoughtfully designed layout, with buildings of varying heights, exudes a modern, *and chic charm. it animates a city main axis value interface and mirrors the chic urban style of sanlong bay's international scientific and technological innovation. with a 25-meter-wide landscape central axis garden within, and a 20-meter-deep municipal landscape belt exterior, it is embraced by double greening features, and comprises entrances and exits on all three sides of the municipal road. this design ensures efficient human and material flow, as well as unhindered logistics.
在廠房空間設計上獨樹一幟，實現單戶廠房的高階定製; 大柱跨度設計開放實用，減少了結構對平面的限制，滿足了生產的多樣化需求。 單元空間布局靈活，功能多樣，可自由劃分，滿足企業生產、研發、展覽銷售、辦公等全方位需求。 開放式露台設計豐富了園區空間場景，調節了採光通風，改善了內部工作環境。 內院與建築立面相呼應，營造出靜謐、文藝的綠地體驗，實現建築與景觀的高度融合。 the sophisticated design of the factory space is distinctive, featuring customizability of the single-family factory building; the design of the expansive column span is transparent and practical, mitigating the constraints of the structure on the plane, meeting the multifaceted requirements of production; the flexible, multi-functional and freely partitioned layout satisfies the all-inclusive needs of enterprise production, research and development, exhibition, sales, and management; while the open terrace design enlivens the cityscape of the park, regulates lighting and ventilation, and enhances the internal working environment; the internal courtyard and the building facade resonate with each other to forge a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing green space experience, achieving a high level of integration of architecture and landscaping.
