黃瑋瑤，男，漢族，筆名黃鶴浪，數字大景居士。 2024年9月出生，福建福州民安人，國家特級書法家，著名書法家，現為中國書法家協會理事、中國對聯學會會員、沈鵬書法藝術工作室專家組高階組長、福建省殘疾人福利協會會員， 書畫報世界藝術聯盟理事會理事。
曾參加國內外各類書畫展，獲100多個等級獎項。 入選人民**海外版“中國藝術園林大師”欄目。 近年來，他被授予“中國書畫藝術拔尖人才”、“全國模範書法家”、“中國文藝復興貢獻者”、“最具影響力書法家”、“感人中國藝術人物”、“德藝書法家”、“實力派書法家”等數十項榮譽稱號。 其書法作品和藝術傳記被編入大型畫冊《一代名家》《漢墨碑》等國內外經典作品130餘部，以及《中國書畫收藏》、《中國文化畫報》、《中國美術大師》、《國內外名人》、《中俄韓藝術三人行》等， 以及人民美術出版社出版的《中國風》。
